A beer to commemorate the first commercial batch we did at our new brewery. It was only a 50L batch initially but an earthquake knocked it over! There was just enough left for us to discover it was damn tasty and deserved to be re-brewed as our first core range sour beer.

Perfectly tart and full of tropical notes from the Kveik yeast.

A great entry level beer for those new to sours.

***Please note, due to our location in Kaikoura delivery times can be longer than expected. All couriered items that get picked up from us in the afternoon do not arrive at the PBT depot in Christchurch until the following morning. They are then shipped out from there the next day. Therefore any orders that come through after 12pm on a Thursday will not be shipped until the following Monday so as to avoid them being sat in a depot all weekend at ambient temperatures.***
