Family Fun Day
FAMILY FUN DAY
Bring the whole family down to Emporium Brewing on Sunday 14h June for a family fun day. This time it will be a special whale-themed fun day in association with The Great Kaikoura Whale Count who are organising activities throughout town.
There will be some whale themed activities, colouring in etc. plus the usual FREE Bouncy castle and FREE mini golf that we always provide on our Fun days.
Food and drinks available
11am-2pm
All children must be accompanied/supervised by an adult please

Kaikoura’s very own craft beer festival, now in its 10th year! Hosted by us here at Emporium Brewing with four other visiting breweries. For tickets (on sale from October/November) and more information click here
Art Night- with JANET NIKORA
Our version of a paint n sip evening. Come and have a go at painting your own piece of artwork under the guidance of a local artist, whilst sipping on a craft beer from our brewery!
Cornhole Tournament
Our second Cornhole Tournament
Come along for a fun Friday evening and take part in our cornhole tournament.
No experience necessary, if you can throw a bean bag at least 8 metres then you can play!
5pm - 9pm
You need to be registered by 4.30pm at the latest. You can call or email us to book yourself/your team in, or just drop in and see us before 4.30pm on the day.
You will play as an individual or a team of 2 if you prefer. It will be a single elimination/Knockout tournament (Winner stays on)
Full food menu available and bar open.
Dress warmly as this will be outside. Cancelled if wet weather or not enough teams.

COOKIE & RECIPE SWAP
COOKIE & RECIPE SWAP
This year staff members from Emporium Brewing are taking part in The Starship Big Bake Off. We are baking various biscuits, cakes and slices to help fundraise for Starship Hospital.
These goodies are regularly available at our bar for a small donation.
However, we thought it would be nice to involve the community and see if any of you keen home bakers would like to participate in a cookie swap!
What is a cookie swap?
Well, basically you bake a batch of 12 cookies and bring them along on Friday 15th May from 5pm and swap them with other bakers, so that you end up going home with 12 assorted cookies!
You can also bring along your favourite baking recipes to swap with others.
In the interests of food safety, please stick to cookies or biscuits that do not need refrigerating and follow food safety guidelines when making and handling food. Be sure to bring a covered container to take your goodies home in.
Gold coin donation towards the Starship Foundation would be greatly appreciated
