COOKIE & RECIPE SWAP

This year staff members from Emporium Brewing are taking part in The Starship Big Bake Off. We are baking various biscuits, cakes and slices to help fundraise for Starship Hospital.
These goodies are regularly available at our bar for a small donation.
However, we thought it would be nice to involve the community and see if any of you keen home bakers would like to participate in a cookie swap!

What is a cookie swap?
Well, basically you bake a batch of 12 cookies and bring them along on Friday 15th May from 5pm and swap them with other bakers, so that you end up going home with 12 assorted cookies!
You can also bring along your favourite baking recipes to swap with others.

In the interests of food safety, please stick to cookies or biscuits that do not need refrigerating and follow food safety guidelines when making and handling food. Be sure to bring a covered container to take your goodies home in.
